And dismantle the Accords? Tony, I was an International Fugitive on the run from 117 of the most powerful nations in the UN. Even when you subtract the countries which were only doing it because of diplomatic pressures, or where enforcement was low there were still 81 countries that wanted my head on a platter. And this is two years after I put all of SHIELD's files on WikiLeaks. A lot of countries in the world had a long list of offenses with my name on them.

Surviving was more important. Which didn't work out particularly well, either.
