This is the same as when Loki controlled Barton, Tony. There were casualties, but no one thought that he was responsible. It's the same goddamn thing. Maybe worse.

No one was there to save him. [She couldn't save him.] The fact that Leviathan and Hydra kept him under their thumb with a leash around his throat for decades, took his free will and his memories, doesn't make him more responsible.

He's a victim. The same as Clint was. Same as your parents.
